Born from a belief that nutrition shouldn't mean sacrifice.

Shake It Up Nutrition started with a simple frustration: why did everything healthy have to taste like compromise? Our founders set out to prove that a protein-packed shake and a flaky, freshly baked croissant could share the same shelf — and that both could be genuinely delicious.

Today, we're a neighborhood staple on West Point Road, serving Corpus Christi with small-batch shakes, house-made baked goods, and carefully sourced groceries. Every item on our menu is something we'd serve our own families.
